I believe that this hefty specimen was the same guy who subsequently visited and decided that my presence was not welcome. On that occasion he attempted to assert his authority over our land, by challenging me directly. I decided that discretion was the better part of valor and retreated back to the patio door, only to find it was locked. A very uncomfortable stand off ensued, with us both about 15ft apart. After facing up to him and jumping up and down, making as much noise as I could, he finally concluded that I was probably certifiable, and sauntered of whilst grumbling his disdain!
