This is by far the most impressive moth I have ever seen in the wild. The encounter was an unexpected surprise, in my own back garden. For someone who has never lived in the tropics I was astounded by the size and wingspan of this magnificent creature and, as a photographer, I still consider this to be a favorite capture.
