We had only one available evening, on this trip to Grand Cayman, to try and record a sunset. We found a suitable spot at one end of 7 Mile beach and set up in readiness. It was as well that I was ready to capture a few shots before the sun set, because within just a few minutes of this the horizon had clouded over and the full glory of a Cayman sunset was not to be.
